All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If any item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise of the next available date, should you wish to cancel your order all monies will be refunded to you.

Delivery Charges and Delivery Times
Deliveries tare by Courier Service, deliveries up to 10kg are including insurance cover. If you would like a postal quote before placing your order please email us. Delivery usually takes between 3-5 days of placing order. Any local import duties and tax must be paid locally.

The goods must be returned with any accessories, packaging, instructions, etc and must be in unused condition (unsoiled, undamaged, unused) within 7 days of purchase.
We do not refund delivery costs.
We provide trial facilities on saddles, please do not use our goodwill and customer care to try our products free of charge, we are a small family run business and not a high profit corporation. If you have purchased goods without having taken our offer of a trial first and the goods purchased are returned soiled, damaged or used in a trial you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Equestrian activities can be dangerous. In no event shall Libra Holdings be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of its product(s). Buyer assumes all risks and liability from use of product(s).
Always check equipment before use on every occasion that it is used for signs of wear and tear or damage. Do not use the equipment if it is showing any signs of wear and tear or damage. If the equipment is within the warranty period you must stop using it and return it for repair or replacement.
You are responsible for the safety of You and Your equine and must always choose equipment that is appropriate to You and Your equine, it is essential that you are properly trained and experienced before applying any new equipment to an equine.
